Family Therapy,

supporting healthier relationships at home.

Family therapy helps families navigate challenges together, such as communication struggles, parenting concerns, behavioral issues, or major life changes. We work with families to understand dynamics, strengthen relationships, and create more supportive patterns of interactions. Our goal at Trailhead is to help families feel more connected, understood, and equipped to move forward together.

Couples Therapy,

strengthening connection and understanding.

Couples therapy provides a space to slow down, better understand one another, and improve communication. Whether you’re navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, facing life transitions, or wanting to feel more connected, we help couples identify patterns, express needs safely, and develop healthier ways of relating. Our approach is collaborative and compassionate, supporting partners as they work towards greater closeness and stability.

Individual therapy,

for when you need a space just for you.

Individual therapy offers a supportive place to explore what has been weighing on you. Whether that’s anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, trauma, of feeling stuck. At Trailhead, we meet you where you are and work at a pace that feels safe and collaborative. Together, we focus on building insight, coping skills, and a deeper understanding of yourself.

Feeling disconnected from others can be lonely and isolating, especially when you live with the others. I believe meaningful connection is essential to emotional well being and healing. May people today feel disconnected, unheard, or overwhelmed, and therapy can provide a space to reconnect with yourself and others in a healthier way. I enjoy helping clients strengthen communication skills, better understand themselves, and navigate relationships with greater confidence and clarity.

I work with children, pre-teens, teens and adults. Including individuals and couples. Whether you are struggling with emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, or life transitions, I want to create a supportive nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and valued.

You don’t have to keep repeating the same painful patterns in your life. I work with couples, individuals, and families navigating relationship challenges, communication struggles, family conflict, and life transitions. My areas of interest include couples therapy, women’s issues, and multigenerational family systems.

I have experience working with high-conflict couples and families, including complex family systems. Discernment counseling for couples who are uncertain about the future of their relationship, and individuals trying to understand themselves better.

My approach is person centered, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I integrate DBT, Gottman techniques, family systems therapy, and nature based therapy to help clients reconnect with themselves, strengthen relationships and create meaningful change.
